RAM Extrusions offer a wide range of fire rated frame packers for use with all timber door frames.
Designed to be used in conjunction with the Blue 60 PU foam, these intumescent strips are inserted around the frame fixings to provide the foam with a uniform surface during expansion and help prevent the foam flowing out onto the floor under its own weight.

Blue 60 Fire Rated Frame Foam
Blue 60 is a specially formulated expanding foam that when used in conjunction with blue60 fire rated frame packers can offer up to 60 minutes fire protection to timber door sets without the use of additional mastic’s or sealants. Fire rated foam is recommended to be used on softwood, MDF and hardwood frames.
